Return Process

  Log in to your Metro account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all documentation and accessories, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
